Design
Our team takes on Design, Development and Production orders for:
- Creation of technical drawings and documentations, 3D graduation and manufacturing of
components with no technical documentation yet. - Static and dynamic testing and modelling
- Creating a sample body for the manufactured components and conducting impact, flexure,
tensile and durability tests - Design, implementation and continuous development of the imagined product and tools
- Upgrading existing tools, components and products and enhancing their endurance
- Definition and planning of processes prior to the manufacturing of precision tools,
e.g. injection moulding tools - Designing the production and ergonomics of go/noGo gauges and calibres, furthermore
manufacturing and installing them - Partial or total renewing, upgrading, optimization and automation of production lines
- Renewal and if necessary, upgrading the mechanic and hydraulic parts of machine tools and
robots - Design, implementation and installation of PLC controlled systems
- Creation of ergonomic conditions, design, production and installation of ergonomic devices
and tools - Design and production of custom-made components
- Planning the resources and time needed for the activities and establishing the schedule and
budget of the project
