Hot blackening
Hot blackening
There hot and cold and hot (chemical) blackening methods. Cold blackening is faster, more simple and cost-effective, but it does not create a permanent coating in most of the cases.
We prefer hot blackening, which is executed by the means of water and sodium compounds at 130-140 °C. This procedure prevents surface corrosion and creates a uniform appearance after tempering.
We take on orders for individual and small components with flexible deadlines.
